Common questions

Short answers to what clients ask most often about immigration matters.

My visa application was refused. What can I do?

The options depend on the type of visa and the reasons given in the refusal letter. Some decisions can be appealed or reviewed, while others need a fresh application with better evidence. Deadlines can be short, so please contact us as soon as you receive the decision.

What is a Pre-Action Protocol letter?

It is a formal letter sent before a judicial review claim. It sets out why a decision is being challenged and gives the decision-maker a chance to respond before any court proceedings begin.

Which documents should I share?
